Set up the bar before operation started according standards and policy. Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for the bar and restaurant. Interact with customers, take drinks and food orders also serve for them. Assess guests' needs and preferences also give recommendations. Make ready guests payment and collect all checks as well.
